After the harvest, it is vinified in cement with January bunch. Subsequent aging, for about nine months, is carried out in 500-liter used oak barrels. Originally the grapes from this vineyard were integrated into 7 Fuentes, but the arrival of Luis Seabra to the winery served to identify the uniqueness of the terroir and began to be bottled separately with the 2015 vintage.
