His story is that of four friends who, in a summer after-dinner, decide to unleash the wine-making dream they have shared since college. Passionate about the land, theirs, in Bierzo Alto, and good wine, they begin to make their own, only with the varieties they collect from their terroirs, "La Mendañona", in Torre del Bierzo where they mainly collect Mencía, and Godello and Cabernet Sauvignon in “La Viña de San Esteban” in San Esteban del Toral, replanted after the phylloxera in 1887. They practice sustainable viticulture, without the use of herbicides, respecting the soils and protecting the environment to obtain clean wines as a result. who speak of the area and good work.
