Red wine made with Juan García, Mouratón and Negreda from vineyards in Fermoselle (Zamora), whose soils are granite. Partial de-stemming and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 11 months in French oak and chestnut tub. Bottled without clarifying or filtering. Adverse weather conditions and mushroom proliferation make 2018 a year of low harvest.
