Camino de la Frontera is the path that Ángel Mayor and Laura Daterra travel together, from Manzaneda to Fermoselle, on the Arribes del Duero. Red wine made with Juan García, Mouratón and Negreda from vineyards in Fermoselle (Zamora), whose soils are granite. Partial de-stemming and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 11 months in French oak and chestnut tub. Bottled without clarifying or filtering. Adverse weather conditions and mushroom proliferation make 2018 a year of low harvest.
