- Stéphane Ogier Le Temps Est Venu CdR Rouge 2019
On the slope of Tupin-Semons Stéphane has Syrah planted with a high density. It is a granitic soil, ideal for the grape. The harvest is manual as in all Domaine wines and is selected twice. A small percentage of the crop preserves the scrape and the fermentation starts naturally with indigenous yeasts.

The aging of 12 months in used French oak finishes refining the wine and allows us to enjoy it for the next 10 years.
