- Stéphane Ogier Cote Rotie Reserve 2012
From a selection of 11 lieux-dits from Cote-Rotie, Stéphane Ogier makes his personal reservation. Vineyards of more than 40 years, two thirds on the Cote Brune and its micaesquistos soils and a third on the Cote Blonde and its granite and gneiss floors. Always with South-Southeast exposure and steep slopes of up to 60%.
30% scrape, fermentation with indigenous yeast and 20-month barrel aging, only 20% of which is new. A wine that is then refined for at least 2 years in the bottle in the winery itself. And with an aging potential of more than 20 years.
