Georges Descombes Régnié Vielles Vignes 2018Georges Descombes
Georges Descombes' Régnié is possibly his lightest wine, with less density, a lot of florality and fruity in the nose with a spicy touch in the mouth. We especially like it for being what it is, for its subtlety and elegance.
Georges Descombes' Régnié is possibly his lightest wine, with less density, a lot of florality and fruity in the nose with a spicy touch in the mouth. We especially like it for being what it is, for its subtlety and elegance. As always, the vineyards are farmed without any pesticide or herbicides, although neither Georges nor Ghislaine Descombes enter into bureaucratic procedures to apply for certification. Their wines are wines of soul, with spirit.

Between 8 and 12 oysters can be from the US and Canada, succulent pieces with a delicate smokiness that provides the necessary touch for the flavor to be enhanced. A versatile can that we can consume like this, from the same can, or by mounting a luxury canapé on a toast of bread, a thin layer of butter and topped with a fresh chive leaf.
Xisto Cru Tinto comes from two specific vineyard plots and tries to show the land, the vine and the region. Non-interventionist elaboration, whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open wooden vats and aging in French oak barrels. Vineyards of more than 80 years with Rufete, Touriga Franca, Tinta Carvalha, Malvazia Preta, Alicante Bouchet and...
One of our clients says that Bernard Baudry is the fall (and the middle of winter) inside a bottle. The truth, we can't think of a more poetic way of saying it. This Clos Guillot is born from a special hillside vineyard, with limestone component and a top with a clay component. More gourmand than La Croix Boissée, easier to understand, in any case...
The Arlaud have a little less than one hectare of vineyard in Chambolle Musigny, also distributed in several lieu dits (les Bussières, les Chardannes, les Herbues, les Gammaires), from which they make a small amount of Villages level wine, faithful representative of the delicacy of this commune, perhaps the most ethereal of the Cote de Nuits.
Made from Gamay planted more than sixty years ago in the Dauby climate, located in the northern part of Morgon. This climate has sandy stoneware floors, borders Fleury and gives rise to wines of great fruitiness and bright acidity.
