When we met the Viña Zorzal project we were clear that its wines were Vinos-Coalla. Why? Well, in addition to being good, which is the starting point, they combine a culture that respects the environment (we will not say ecologic, organic or biodynamic if there is no certification) and a winemaking that goes to the essence of wine and not to the makeup . These are honest wines, well-grown grapes, well vinified and, in addition, very well presented. This is the clear case of this Garnacha, which we recommend without caution, because there are few wines that cost so little and give so much pleasure.
