De una microparcela de 1 hectárea plantada con el clon de Nebbiolo llamado Rosé. Elaboración en tonel de 40hl de roble de Eslavonia durante 40 meses y posterior afinamiento en botella. Elvio Cogno trabajó durante muchos años para Marcarini, una de las bodegas piamontesas de referencia en La Morra. Pero, en 1990, tuvo la oportunidad de adquirir una finca histórica en Novello, donde residía la familia, que luego debió restaurar para devolver a un estado de producción de máxima calidad. En la cima de esa finca, denominada Bricco Ravera, es donde se ubica hoy la bodega y la casa familiar, en una propiedad del Siglo XVIII rodeada por 11 hectáreas de viñedo. Hoy, con Elvio retirado, son su hija Nadia y su yerno Valter Fissore quienes están a cargo de la propiedad familiar. Los viñedos se cultivan como Elvio los cultivaba, con un máximo respeto al viñedo en busca del equilibrio orgánico del mismo, y buscando rendimientos bajos que permitan una fruta de la máxima calidad a la altura del potencial de los viñedos.
