Description

One of those rare Grand Crus of Burgundy that, like Le Montrachet, belongs to two communes, in this case not Chassagne and Puligny but Chambolle and Morey. And, like those two communes, it combines the elegant subtlety of Chambolle with that fleshyness and corpulence that are holy and Morey's sign. The great wines of Bonnes Mares age between 30 and 50 years and it goes without saying that our quota is really very small, so it usually flies literally.
