Tomás Postigo Vinificación Integral Magnum 2019 is a limited-edition red wine from the Ribera del Duero DO. This wine is a blend of Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec, sourced from vineyards located between 750 and 950 meters above sea level. The winemaking process involves gravity-fed techniques without the use of pumps, with both alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation occurring in new French oak barrels. The wine undergoes 18 months of aging in barrel, imparting exceptional complexity and structure. Visually, it displays a deep, bright red cherry color. On the nose, it offers an aromatic profile that includes ripe red and black fruits, sweet spices, balsamic notes, and toasted oak aromas. On the palate, it is flavorful, intense, and elegant, with balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish. This wine has excellent aging potential and is bottled exclusively in Magnum format.
