La Condenada is made with grapes from an abandoned vineyard and condemned to die in the darkest of forgetfulness (that is why it is called La Condenada), The winery bought it in 2012 and managed to recover the 0.8 hectares it consists of. Stone and clays, is the ground of it. Within this small plot it is vinified by varieties. The malolactic fermentation starts on its own in 500-liter French oak barrels. Its aging is also done in French oak barrels of 500 liters for a period of time ranging from 16 to 18 months.
