Vino de finca de la zona de Pazos de Monterrei, de terrenos pizarrosos y arcillosos. Prefermentación en frío, con incorporación a un pie de cuba y posterior fermentación a temperatura controlada, en depósito de acero inoxidable, con larga maceración (2 meses) y posterior crianza de 14 meses, en barricas de roble francés, de diferentes volúmenes y procedencias. Permanencia en botella.
