Description
Xisto Cru Tinto, like all the wines of Proyecto CRU, comes from two specific vineyard plots and tries to show the land, the vine and the region.

Non-interventionist elaboration, whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open wooden vats and aging in French oak barrels.

The grapes come from two vineyards in the Cima Corgo region, one in the Covas Valley and the other in Ervedosa do Douro, both planted more than 80 years ago on slate soils.

Rufete, Touriga Franca, Tinta Carvalha, Malvazia Preta, Alicante Bouchet and Donzelinho Tinto are planted there.
