Description

The slopes of the Pago Anejon, receive us when we enter the Finca Carrovejas. Vineyards on the terrace, with almost white soils, give a special touch to the fruit of this plot. The harvest is by hand, the wine enter in cold chamber for 3/4 days to pass to French oak vats to ferment. It is aged in Bordeaux barrels for 12 months. It is only made in exceptional vintages.
