The Bourgogne Rouge 2023 from Domaine Rossignol-Trapet comes from the first parcel converted to biodynamic viticulture in 1997. This charming vineyard in Gevrey-Chambertin has benefited from over two decades of minimal-intervention farming, with a north-south orientation that has performed exceptionally well in recent warm vintages.
The result is an elegant Pinot Noir with pure, expressive fruit. Delicate aromas unfold on the nose, leading to a long, fresh, and harmonious finish. This dry Bourgogne Rouge is a young wine that can be enjoyed from 2026, evolving beautifully through 2031, and offers a classic, refined expression of Burgundy.
