Natureo Garnacha Syrah is a non-alcoholic red wine that blends Garnacha and Syrah grapes, crafted by Bodegas Torres in Catalonia.
Its production follows a process similar to traditional wines: the grapes are destemmed and pressed, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. About 5% of the wine is briefly aged in new French oak barrels before the blend undergoes a dealcoholization process to create the alcohol-free version.
