The grapes are vinified 60% without destemming in open barrels for 15 days. Aging 12 months in barrels of 6 years of use, and then passes to deposit a couple of months before being bottled. The Tintilla gives that dark red color risen, with great intensity. Sweet nose, not without some elegance.
