It is an organic red wine from the D.O. Penedés made with Merlot and Petit Verdot. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and aging in oak barrels for 2 months. He is the youngest of the most complex red wines in the winery. Ángel Ceferino Carrión Medrazo (Jean Leon's real name) dedicated his life to traveling and working, from a waiter in France to a dish boy and a taxi driver in New York (3055 was his license). In 1963 and after his own restaurant in Beverly Hills, he bought 150 hectares in the Alto Penedés, and took risks by planting Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay as a pioneer in Spain, to start his journey in the production of wines, and become a benchmark at the level world.
