The Capeliños Estate is one of the oldest owned by the Guímaro family winery, in Ribeira Sacra. It is the result of a 70% blend of Mencía, Brancellao, Merenzao, Garnacha, Mouratón, Negreda and Sousón. 40% and 60% whole grape stem is included in the production, it ferments for 55 days and goes into French oak barrels (never new) for about 12-13 months, and this is when it undergoes malolactic fermentation. Fresh and fruity red, meaty, which elegantly represents the area and the intention of the winery, which is to continue setting the high bar for wine in our country.
