They are wines of great elegance, in which the harmony of their aromas and flavours show the authenticity of the land from which they come and its capacity to produce great wines. Macán Clásico is made from Tempranillo, which undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels and tanks, followed by 15 months of ageing in French fine and extra-fine barrels, new or from a wine.
