Emanating from the glass aromas of dark berries, wild plums and cherries mixed with notes of bay, spice and violets, it is full-bodied, layered and multidimensional, with enormous levels of concentration, vibrant acids and beautifully refined tannins. Finishing with a long, saline finish, this pure, perfumed, and ineffably complete Canon is built for time, even if its structural polish is such that it will be accessible at a surprisingly young age.
