Dominio de Tares P3 is a red wine of singular character, crafted from Mencía grapes sourced from very old vineyards in Bierzo, planted in plots selected for their low yields and distinctive personality. Hand-harvesting and meticulous winemaking aim to preserve the purest expression of the terroir, resulting in a profound, elegant, and highly complex wine.

During its aging in oak barrels, the wine gains structure and nuance without losing its fruity prominence. On the nose, it offers great aromatic intensity, highlighting ripe black fruits, floral notes, and a pronounced mineral background, accompanied by delicate hints of spice, toast, and balsamic.

On the palate, it is ample and powerful, with firm yet well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity, and a rich, enveloping texture that provides depth and persistence.
