Pie Franco is the Ponce wine that makes us fall in love. It comes from three farms in La Manchuela called Lincha, Gallo and Olivares, with very deep sandy soils, which were planted with Bobal standing straight more than 80 years ago. It is these sandy soils that hinder the spread of phylloxera and facilitate the survival of plants and, therefore, of the wine.
