Gómez Cruzado produces Pancrudo with old Garnachas on bush from the village of Badarán, in Alto Najerilla, with a north orientation and an average altitude of about 650 meters. These are estates with clayey-ferrous soils, reddish in color. In them manual harvesting is carried out and is subsequently made of stainless steel. The malolactic is in French oak barrels and concrete eggs. The wine seeks Atlantic finesse (that North exposure ...), and combines the creaminess of the Garnacha with the minerality and salinity of the soils and the microclimate. A wine to try.
