Description

Aiurri is the character of the Rioja Alavesa. Small plots of old vines that grow in the shelter of the Toloño mountain range. Its orography is a climatic crossroads where continental and Atlantic conditions intermingle. The vineyards are mainly Tempranillo with some Graciano, Grenache, white varieties and other unknown varieties. The expression of each plot remains intact until the end of the ageing process. The final blend defines the authenticity and essence of Leza’s viticulture.
