Desvignes Morgon Javernieres Les Impenitents 2023

Within Javernières, which is a climate of the Côte du Py located in its lower part, Desvignes has four parcels older than the rest. If subplots that were replanted before the turn of the century are used for the cuvée Javernières, the four plots that go to Les Impenitents are much older. One of them was planted in 1914, no less and although it has many faults due to Esca (a vine disease), vines that are so old have a special energy. In the vinification there is also a particularity, since 100% of the harvest goes to the winery with the whole bunch, instead of in variable percentages as occurs with other wines from the same producer.
