Georges Descombes is one of the greats of Beaujolais. Located in a town called Vermont, within Morgon, his wines have a true soul. Made with biodynamically grown Gamay, and with minimal addition of sulfur, their Brouilly is a reference in this AOC, today the most fashionable of Parisian bistros where wines are appreciated for their lightness and freshness.
