Guimaro Camiño Real is the red blend of Mencía with autochthonous varieties, Brancellao, Merenzao, Sousón and Caíño from old vineyards in different terrain in altitude and orientations, in the Ribeira Sacra. Much of it ferments with full bunch in French oak and native yeasts, followed by aging for 12 months. Camiño Real is a safe bet if what we want is to enjoy and delve into the mineral world of the area, it is floral and has a nice long drink.
