The Vittoria of Frappato is one of the most sensual grapes we know. With a very low layer, great florality, it is perfect for the soils of the Southeast of Sicily, composed of red earth of medium consistency with limestone and siliceous sands. The Frappato de Cos comes from vines planted for more than 15 years that are organically grown and ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeast. The delicacy of the variety and the terroir leads them to age the wine only in a cement tank and a subsequent short refinement in the bottle.
