Roberto Henríquez Winery, located in the Bío Bío region of southern Chile, is a benchmark in the production of natural and authentic wines. Founded by winemaker Roberto Henríquez, the winery stands out for its focus on minimal intervention and respect for biodiversity, cultivating vineyards organically without synthetic chemicals. Its grapes come from centuries-old vines. Santa Cruz de Coya comes from a 200-year-old vineyard, which sits on intrusive granite soil. The vineyard is cultivated in a traditional manner, with no added fertilizers or herbicides. Very low yields. This vineyard is located in the foothills of the Nahuelbuta coastal mountain range, Bío Bío. Made with 100% Paía grapes. 90% aged in concrete tanks and 10% in 10-year-old oak barrels.
