Description

One of the most commercial references of the Ribera del Duero. The wine that, due to its scarcity, so many wine fans asked for when they found it in a restaurant menu ... now in our online store. A safe value that is elaborated mainly with Tinto Fino, in addition to small proportions of Cabernet and Merlot from soils of calcareous component. Manual harvest in small boxes, vinification with native yeasts and work for gravity in the cellar. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels of extra-fine grain, bottled without clarifying and filtering.
