It comes from five parcels that total four hectares of vineyards, and that belong to three families of suppliers that began with Telmo as early as 1998. They are harvested by hand and vinified with native yeasts in 3000kg oak wood vats. Aging is 18 months in French barrels, three-quarters of them are new, with the peculiarity that a small percentage of the wine has aged in a 1500-liter cask.
