Las Pisadas 2015 is the debut wine from Familia Torres in Rioja Alavesa, paying homage to Labastida’s viticultural heritage. Made from 100% Tempranillo grown in vines aged 25–50?years at 440–650?m elevation. Fermented parcel-by-parcel in stainless steel, it was aged 10?months in French oak (225 & 300?L, partly new), and then 12?months in bottle. With a deep cherry hue, it offers an expressive fruit character—raspberry jam, dates, clove, and spice—yielding a flavorful, warm, sensual, fresh, fruity, and silky palate that reflects the typicity of Labastida’s terroir
