Las Aldeas de Galia comes from the high-altitude vineyards of Soria and is primarily made from Tempranillo and Albillo Mayor, with minor varieties like Bobal, Garnacha Tinta, Alicante Bouschet, and Pirulés. Grown on limestone, gravel, sand, and clay soils, it was fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete, stainless steel, and oak after an 18–20 day maceration. Aged in concrete pyramids and French oak barrels without enological additives, this wine strongly expresses the purity and tradition of its terroir .
