Can Ràfols dels Caus Terraprima Tinto is an organic red wine from Penedès, made with 80% Carignan and 20% Garnacha. The grapes ferment spontaneously with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for six months in French and American oak barrels, providing structure and complexity.
On the nose, aromas of plums, dark cherries, and ripe blackberries are appreciated, complemented by herbal notes and earthy nuances. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, with soft tannins and a medium-long finish.
