Description

Charles Magnien es una promesa en ciernes de la Borgoña, probablemente de las que se hable en los próximos años. Es un verdadero productor "no descubierto" que produce algunos vinos excepcionales, aunque en volúmenes muy pequeños. Desde que Charles cogió las riendas del Dominio familiar se dejaron de colocar las uvas en otras bodegas de la zona, para embotellarlas bajo su propia firma. Es especialmente meticuloso con la selección de barricas, trabaja mano a mano con su tonelero para conseguir un preciso tostado, ligeramente quemado y eliminar esas pesadas notas torrefactos que a menudo aparecen en vinos de la zona. Este Gevrey de pueblo indica lo que debe ser una gran Borgoña, un vino fino y nada tánico que se puede beber de joven y conservarlo perfectamente para envejecer.
