From a plot of just a quarter of a hectare at about 400 meters of altitude with northeast exposure, planted with Baboso Negro. Clay soils on volcanic bottom and natural vegetation cover. Manual harvest, fermentation in open tanks of 600 liters and aging of 14 months in Burgundy neutral barrels and 500 liter barrels. Just 950 bottles per year.
