Situados en la zona granitica, estos viñedos del paraje de Peña Caballera, con un suelo pobre en materia orgánica, y una edad de 80 años. Fermentación espontánea en Inox, despalillado y 12 dias de maceracón. Crianza en barricas de 500 litros durante 9 meses.2000 botellas de esta magniiifica garnacha
