The boundary line between the atmosphere and outer space is called Kármán, a concept far removed from the world of wine, but with a certain sense if we refer to this new line from the Gómez Cruzado winery. Stratospheric wines in terms of freshness and simplicity. Kármán's red wine is accessible, long-lasting and packed with fruit. Garnacha and a little Tempranillo, from different plots in the Río Cárdenas valley, a cold area and deep red clay-ferrous soil, at the foot of the Sierra de la Demanda. Made in stainless steel with autochthonous yeasts, destemmed grapes and without crushing, in a regimen of pump-overs and short macerations. Aging is four months on lees in stainless steel.
