One of the wines that has impacted us the most in recent years. Monovarietal of Listán Negro in the Orotava Valley, in Tenerife, which due to its aromatic profile transports us to much more northern latitudes (it will be the altitude), specifically to Burgundy with the best pedigree. Low layer, with precious aromatic intensity (red fruit in season) and a minimal appearance of tomato leaf that adds freshness, fantastic mouth with an incredible balance between fruit, acidity, tannin ... we highly recommend it.
