Antoniotti Bramaterra 2020

Antoniotti Bramaterra 2020 is a red wine made in Alto Piedmont with Nebbiolo and other local red grapes such as Croatina, Vespolina, and rare grapes. The winemaking process is artisanal. The grapes are harvested and brought to the winery; destemming and crushing are followed by spontaneous fermentation in underground vitrified concrete tanks. Aging continues in oak barrels for 30 months.
Seven generations mark the work of the Antoniotti family. They work in one of the most privileged terroirs in the area. Today, Odilio and Mattia are at the helm of the winery, and their goal is to maintain the traditional winemaking style that has always been produced at the winery while, at the same time, ensuring that the wines are highly drinkable from their youth. Spontaneous fermentations in steel tanks and aging in large oak barrels are the hallmark of conscientious work in the vineyard, where only a little copper and sulfur are used. A tale to drink.
