RP95-97 As is the case with neighboring Château Margaux, the Palmer 2022 is one of the most powerful wines this estate has produced. Blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot, it offers aromas of blackberries, burning embers, violets, iris and sweet earthy tones, followed by a full-bodied, broad and expansive palate, its velvety entry transitioning to a core rich and layered. Smooth, seamless, and concentrated, it has 14.4% alcohol and a fairly high pH of 3.79.
