Description
Ramilo Ramisco-Castelão is a red wine crafted by Nuno Ramilo in the region of Lisbon, Portugal. It is organically produced, blending Ramisco and Castelão grape varieties. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo alcoholic fermentation in wooden vats after whole-bunch crushing, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for two years in French oak barrels.
