Fermented in 2 different ways: one with part of the grapes and destemmed in a 4500-litre oak vat and the other part, in stainless steel and destemmed. Then 1/3 of the wine goes to barrel for two months and the rest remains in stainless steel until bottling. A pleasant drink with freshness and intensity.
