Wine made in the Ribeira Sacra area, but the use of white varieties planted on the Penapedre estate did not allow its marketing within the homonymous Designation of Origin. This estate was planted more than 80 years ago in the old style of varietal mixture, although it is mainly Mencía, Grenache and a percentage of Sherry. The care of the farm follows the usual love and dedication at Eulogio. Manual harvest with grape selection in the vineyard. Tromping and fermentation in chestnut wood, after which the wine is aged for twelve months in used French oak barrels.
