Description

Château Ausone is one of Saint-Émilion's most precious jewels, classified as a Premier Grand Cru Classé A, a status that reflects its excellence and prestige in the world of wine. Located on the Right Bank of Bordeaux, this iconic château combines tradition and oenological precision to create wines of timeless elegance. Its blend is based primarily on Cabernet Franc and Merlot, which gives it a distinctive character.

On the nose, it displays a complex aromatic palette of ripe black fruits, violets, fresh herbs, fine spices and mineral touches typical of its calcareous soil. On the palate, it is deep and structured, with silky tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, persistent finish that reflects its exceptional ageing capacity.
