Sourced from old vines grown at high altitudes on granite soils, this wine showcases the region’s unique terroir. Fermented with whole clusters and aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, it presents aromas of red fruits, spices, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, well-balanced, and vibrant, making it an excellent choice for pairing with meats, game dishes, and aged cheeses.
