Novetat Total 2023 is a natural red wine produced by Eloi Cedó in Mallorca under its Sistema Vinari project. Made with the native varieties Callet and Manto Negro, it ferments with whole bunches and is aged in steel and cement tanks without filtering or added sulphites. Its profile is fresh and fruity, with notes of raspberry, blood orange and an earthy touch. With an alcohol content of 12.5% ??and bottled in 1 litre format, it is ideal to enjoy slightly chilled. Perfect for lovers of natural and authentic wine.
