Con uvas de toda la Ribera del Duero ( Soria, Burgos y Valladolid), Telmo ha creado un vino: Gazur. La inquietud de Telmo, fue crear un vino agradable de beber, de trago largo, y que expresase la D.O. Ribera del Duero empleando únicamente Tinto Fino. Telmo, después de un estudio de la tierra , y acompañado de la biodinámica, y cultivado en ecológico, saca a relucir su buen hacer como gran enólogo nacional. Fermentado en depósito de acero inoxidable y criado en cemento de 4/6 meses, Gazur, no pierde un ápice de ese carácter frutal que quiere Telmo en todos sus vinos.
