Description
For this crianza, Tempranillo (95%) and Cabernet are used, from vines over 50 years old, and a 20-month aging in barrels, never new, make it especially sweet, fresh, and not at all extracted. The Torremilanos Estate, dating back to 1903, has an area of ??200 hectares, all of which are currently under certified organic cultivation. Vineyard altitudes between 800 and 900 metres allow the production of wines that, due to the quality of the grapes, climate, soil and the time spent in barrels from the cooperage itself, ensure a long life for these wines.
